Are all regular-ish roaches that small?
I've only seen the pet sized ones.

Oh, and ewwww!! Must have been a real pest if they had to go to the doc to have it removed. I'd have tried to drown it out. Why pay to have that done?

Here in Texas we see the range of them from small little ones like this to the larger 1 1/2 inch nasties that crawl out of your toilet from the sewers.

Just that last one alone makes me sick in thinking about a 'pet' roach.

I'm wondering if the person knew it was a roach at all. I've heard of bugs crawling into ears and scratching against the ear drum to result in all sorts of pain and discomfort... Even worse if they rupture the ear drum.

I'd assume rinsing would clear the problem as well but what is the fun in that. The we wouldn't have this lovely video!

But yeah, the roaches here in Florida get freaking HUGE, and to top it off, they fly. Which can scare the crap out of you in the middle of the night if they land on you.

Well how lovely.
I don't even vacation in the lower half of the US unless I really have to! I'll just consider sticking to that.
