Case of a peeping cow maybe?

This reminds me of a story of some friends we went on a drive with... The girl had to go to the bathroom but we were in the middle of some mountain pass. We pulled off the road and her and her man ran off to the bushes on the side of the road so she could pee. While she was doing her thing a horse walked up from a nearby yard and just stared. They said the horse stayed there watching the whole time.

Why so upset?
If a cow came in to the bathroom, I'd first be confused then I suppose I'd try to shoo it out.
But really
