Good lord..
They need to hear a few horror stories from the train yard at work. These kids need a better idea of how crazy dangerous that is.

People get maimed and killed working in our little train yard. If I were these kids mom, I would lock them up at home for a month..

Yeah, cause that is TOTALLY the safest place to be on a train....specially during a trainwreck

Ignoring the fact at how fun that would be, i'll go straight to the serious points. They could of easily slipped and died, but I guess that's what comes with the risk. Like what was said above, if there was a trainwreck..well if there was a trainwreck and they were IN the train they would probably die anyway. What Ra said made me laugh quite a bit, if they did fall and get their nuts crushed, they'd be dead before they know it and it would be over before they know it, so it wouldn't matter either way.

My question is: Do they have any idea where they're going?
