I'd wonder more about the man willing to stick his pecker into someplace like that. You know, there have been cases where surgeons accidentally leave their little metal tools inside the patient!

Oh that picture is just disgusting. It took me a minute to figure out what the heck was dragging behind her...at first I thought it was really an old man and it was testicles....and then I realized...that is even grosser!
