Well it's good they're on the lookout for these people, but kind of stupid to post an article in the paper about it. Especially on the internet.
Now the pedophiles are going to be suspecting each "girl" they talk to.

I guess it could have both a good and bad outcome.
Good if the stupid ones keep falling for it or stop doing it altogether, bad if they stop doing it(not bad) and they're never caught(bad).

Mhm.. I see what you mean. I for one thought this the minute I read the article. However I still think they should have busted these pedophiles somwehere a little more. Child LIke. For instance, The McDonalds Playground or Burger King.

Guy: Where do you want to meet?

Dairy....Bell? We call it Dairy Queen lol Ours burnt down like 1-2 years ago...the blizzard of the month sign has said Kit Kat ever since =(

They should be meeting at more childish places if they are going to do these sting operations. You know why I say that? Because there are more people around and more people will become aware of how much of a problem this is if they see it for themselves. I do understand why they dont do it in too crowded of places though, it raises the chances of someone getting hurt. What if the person brings a gun cause they plan on kidnapping the child they were going to meet? Well, a situation can turn bad really fast. So I understand them not wanting anyone to get hurt, but this needs to be more publicly known.

And I agree with SK on the whole writing an article thing about it. If you publicize that you are out there catching predators then they will be more careful and sneaky about it. But if you dont publicize anything about it then people wont be so aware that this is going on in their neighborhood and know to be more careful (they know its going on, but they havent had their eyes opened to the extent of it yet).

Crazy stuff. Im just glad they are slowly getting some of them out of the public. They will never be able to get all of them, 1 gets caught and there are 20 others that are just getting started, you know what I mean?

I wonder if there's some kind of law against meeting up for blatantly non-sexual purposes. I mean, it could definitely still be seen as grooming, possibly, but there is nothing they can hold against the perp if that's the case, unless they try to take the child somewhere, in which case it could be considered kidnapping.

The dipshits that get caught are the ones that are open and honest about their intentions, not the slimy underhanded sleazeballs that are a bit more clever than that. Great, so they're catching the dumb ones. A lot of comfort that is.

I say keep quiet about it, lure them into a false sense of security... then shoot their balls off!

At least catching the stupid ones is a start though. Better than them catching nobody anyway.

For some odd reason I can't imagine going to eat at 'Dairy Queen'
Or 'Burger King' for that matter,
