It's not illegal. But there SHOULD be a law against it.
Two of the faces used were 10yr old and 12yr old local girls (with whom the accused is thought to have had no contact at all...).
The guy was using the faces of local children photoshopped onto an adult body to get around the law.
It may not be illegal, but deep in my gut I know that what he is doing is WRONG and that there should be some kind of recourse in law against this. It's still sexual exploitation of children
