So was he thinking that there were no images of actual children's bodies and so he was safe from prosecution? Or is he just into REALLY young looking women? Would he hum along Hannah Montana tunes while he was...uh...nevermind. :p

Man Charged In 'Virtual Porn' Case

A Tennessee man is facing charges of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor for what authorities say are three pictures -- none of them featuring an actual child's body.

Instead, according to testimony presented at Michael Wayne Campbell's preliminary hearing in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on Wednesday, the photos feature the faces of three young girls placed on the nude bodies of adult females, CNN affiliate WDEF reported.

Hamilton County Det. Michael Cox said Campbell told authorities "he wanted to see what they would look like as adults," according to WDEF.

Lets face it. If you need to cut and paste the face of children onto naked bodies of adults just so you can get it up, then you shouldnt be doing it.

Why the hell is that illegal? The guy is no doubt a sick MF, but why is there a LAW against this? I mean, YES I would've thought that because the nude bodies were of age that he would be clear of the law, even if he was pasting underage faces on them. This is just so obscure that it's really hard to say. It's definitely sick, there's no denying that, but illegal? Oh well.

The articles says:

The U.S. Supreme Court in 2002 ruled that "virtual child pornography," in which no children were actually harmed, is protected speech and does not constitute a crime.

It's not illegal. But there SHOULD be a law against it.

Two of the faces used were 10yr old and 12yr old local girls (with whom the accused is thought to have had no contact at all...).

The guy was using the faces of local children photoshopped onto an adult body to get around the law.

It may not be illegal, but deep in my gut I know that what he is doing is WRONG and that there should be some kind of recourse in law against this. It's still sexual exploitation of children
