This story isn't a clear cut girl is a young slut who wants to make some eas money... There is some back story to how this girl ended up at the Cheetah Club. Now the club owners are trying to sue her to cover their own butts after hiring somebody way too young to dance at that kind of place. Who do you think is to blame?

Original story is here.

Texas strip club sues 14-year-old exotic dancer

A strip club that hired a 14-year-old as an exotic dancer is now suing the girl, saying the seventh-grader swindled them into breaking state law.

The San Antonio teen allegedly exposed her breasts while working at Cheetah Club in Corpus Christi, a violation of state law.

Alan Yaffe, the club’s attorney, said the club didn’t know the girl was a minor.
“She came (into the club) with 6-inch stiletto heels and a miniskirt and looked just like a model from a Miss America’s contest,” Yaffe said.

Yaffe also disputed the sequence of events that authorities say brought the 14-year-old girl to Club Cheetah, where she exposed her breasts — a violation of state law.

Im gonna say that all 3 people involved in this are at fault. The guy who hired her should have done a background check and ran her SSN like employers are supposed to, that would have caught the age problem right off the bat. The guy who kidnapped, raped, and then forced her to strip is at fault because of doing just that. And I dont know how things went down, if the guy came in there with her to make sure she applied or what, but as soon as she was able to talk freely to the employer or coworkers she should have told them what was really going on so they could have notified the police. So she is partially responsible for this as well. Now, they are saying she was raped by this guy, so she probably didnt have the courage to come forward and say what has happened, but unfortunately that isnt how the law works, law enforcement workers are not mind readers. I dont think the Strip Club will win the case, because ultimately it was their choice to hire her and they should have done the proper checks on her, not to mention it isnt THAT hard to tell a 14 year old from a 22 year old, especially once their top is off (in most cases, there are some exceptions). Either way, I say give the strip club the nasty fine, let the girl get some help for the trauma she endured, and get back to their lives.

Alright, why is the GIRL being sued if she was FORCED to do this? I mean seriously. This isn't exactly her fault if she was being forced to dance topless at this club, is it?

|: Nice one Texas.

Sorry, but in this country, you can't SUE a minor. A minor can only be treated as an adult in extreme cases, such as murder. How stupid are they anyway??? "How dare you give us false information that we should have verified ourselves!"

Everyone involved is flippin stupid.

So they check ID to admit customers, but not their dancers?
