Chinese woman boiled man's head in soup to treat daughter's psychiatric problems

In the hope of finding a cure for daughter's psychiatric problems, a woman in China boiled a man's head in a soup, local newspaper reported.

Back in 2008, Lin Zongxiu, from the southwestern province of Sichuan had heard that soup made with a man's head could help cure her daughter who had suffered from psychiatric problems for years, the Chengdu Commercial newspaper reported.

After learning the information, Lin and her husband decided to enlist the help of a man in December who knocked unconscious a drunk 76-year-old passer-by before beheading him, the paper claimed.

I dont know what compelled her to believe that because I dont know her religious views or traditions or anything, but thats just crazy. She didnt even find an already dead person, she had someone KILLED to do it. She had someone elses life ended to get a shot at possibly curing her daughters mental issues. Not very smart if you ask me, and selfish too.

Doesn't surprise me a bit. Remember, these are the same people who believe that if you eat rooster testicles, your skin will be just as smooth. I would love to see this, can you just imagine?

This isn't something to be making jokes of. It's really sad especially since it wasn't the guy's fault the women had mental problems.... And the poor man was old too....He didn't get to live his last few years. It's sad how people can take advantage of you when you're drunk...
